Today was horrific on so many levels. The fact that this speech therapist can call herself a “professional” is insulting to those who work in the same field. To place judgement, stereotype, and be hypocritical doesn’t qualify you to work in a field that takes care of people. The medical center and TriWest will receive lengthy formal complaints, very lengthy. I refuse to let her treat other families the same way and I’ll be damned if she ever thinks what she did was okay.
